Warning
Never communicate your access credentials to the student area to another person. If you forget your word password, follow the guide: "Mot student space password” or contact the administration directly using the option “Contact Us”.
I. What is your UNG student space for?
Your student space is personal and intended for use in the context of your academic activities. As your email address, your student space will remain active until the end of your studies at UNG.
This space will be used mainly for:
- Access educational resources (course materials, homework, exams, exercises, etc.);- Access to academic resources (Information notes, timetable, attendance information, ...);
- Make assessments and examinations;
- Learn online courses.
II. Your access credentials to the student area
Your login details for the student area are:- Your UNG email address (provided by the administration);
- A password to be defined by yourselves (see below).
III. First connection to your student space
Prerequisites
Before starting this procedure, make sure you have followed and mastered the "Use my e-mail address".
1. Go to “www.ung.ga”
2. Click on the login link (at the top of the page) to access your student space
3. Click on the link "Reset password "
4. Enter your email address and confirm
a. Enter your UNG email address provided by the administration
b. Click on "Confirm "
An email will be sent to your UNG mailbox. The message below is displayed.
5. Access your mailbox
6. Fill in the requested information
a. Enter in the "Username" field your UNG email address
b. Enter in the "Password " field your password provided by the administration or the one you have filled in yourself
c. Click the "LOGIN " button to log in.
7. Once connected to your mailbox, change immediately your password pass and remember it (if you haven't already)
a. Click on "Settings "
b. Click on "Password "
c. Enter your new password
d. Enter the password again
e. Click "Save" to save the password
N. B.: The password must contain at least 8 characters (letters, numbers and special characters confused)
8. Open the latest password reset email from your inbox and click "Change password ". Do it by putting a password that you must remember.
a. Enter your password
b. Enter the password again
c. Click "Confirm" to save.
9. You will automatically be logged into your account. If prompted to sign in, use your UNG email address and your new password
IV. For your next connections
1. Go to “www.ung.ga”
2. Click on the login link (at the top of the page) to access your student space. Then fill in your UNG email address and the password you have saved when you first login to your account
If you forgot your password, use the procedure of your first connection.
3. To consult your emails, click on the link (at the top of the page) "Webmail Access”
