Your student space is personal and intended for use in the context of your academic activities. You do not should never communicate your access credentials to the student area to a third party.
I. I forgot my password
If you have forgotten your password to access the student area, you can reset it by proceeding from the following way:
a. Go to “www.ung.ga”
b. Click on the link "Login" to to access your account login page.
c. Click on the link "Reset password "
d. Enter your UNG email address and press the "Confirm" button
Once you have clicked on the "Confirm" button, you will see the message below. A email will be sent to your UNG mailbox with instructions.
e. Then go again to "www.ung.ga" and click on the link “Webmail Access” to access your mailbox.
f. Fill in the requested information
1. Enter in the "Username" field your UNG email address
2. Enter your password in the "Password" field
3. Click the "LOGIN " button to log in.
g. Go to your inbox to find the latest password reset email and click on the "Change password" button.
h. Enter your new password in the corresponding field, then confirm it by entering it again in the field provided. Then click “Confirm” to save your new password. pass.
N. B.: Following this operation, the password you just saved will now be your new password password to access your student area. You must therefore remember it for your next connections
i. Once you have confirmed your new password, you will automatically be logged into your account
II. I have not forgotten my password
If you haven't forgotten your password and want to change it, follow these steps:
a. Log in to your space by entering your email address and password.
b. Once connected, you access this interface. Click on the link "Change configuration ".
c. Fill in the requested information:
1. Enter your current password
2. Enter the new password
3. Enter the new password again (confirmation)
4. Click "Change Password" to save the password.
N. B.: Following this operation, the password you just saved will now be your new password password to access your student area. You must therefore remember it for your next connections
