In view of UNG's obligation to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data, you are hereby informed that your request will only be processed if you can prove your identity, in particular by producing a scan or photocopy of your valid identity document.

Finally, UNG will reply to your request for access, rectification or opposition or any other additional request for information within a reasonable period of time, which may not exceed one (01) month from receipt of your request.

With regard to the personal data entrusted to it by its users, UNG is very vigilant about the application of personal data security and the confidentiality of Personal Data.
